    The PVD coatings are not easy to flake off, or to be oxidized, or fade, or congregate dusts. The are easy to clean and have low coating cost. At the abundant technology base of our company, we can coat the following coatings onto the products of the material: Stainless steel, Iron, Brass, Titanium alloy, Zinc alloy etc.

    Cathodic arc deposition is actively used to synthesize extremely hard film to protect the surface of cutting tools and extend their life significantly. A wide variety of thin hard-film and nano composite coatings can be synthesized by this technology including TiN, TiAlN, CrN, ZrN, and TiCN.
    The average relative micro-hardness of our PVD coatings would be well over 80 Rc. When this hardness is compared to 58-62 Rc of tool steel, 62-65 Rc of HSS, or 70-76 Rc of carbide, one gets a clearer picture of the comparative hardness of our coatings. This higher hardness gives cutting tools, forming tools, and wear components much greater protection against abrasive wear.
    The thickness of PVD Coatings is in micron order. It’ s a bit thin, about 0.2¼ m ^ 7¼ m. There into the thickness of PVD decorative coating is generally in the range of 0.2¼ m ^ 1¼ m, and then the physical properties and chemical properties of the surface of the substrates can be improved without the dimensions of the substrate being changed. The substrate need not to be machining after PVD coated.

    Request on your requesting tool coating services:

    Please take protective measures for any base material which may cause rusting or corrosion, such as coating anti-rust oil, etc.
    Please indicate on the drawing of portions requiring coating, portions where coating is prohibited, and portions which may or may not have coating film.
    For protection against chipping or flaw during the transportation, please take protective measures such as attaching cushioning material, etc.
    Ceramic coating involves heating in the vacuum. Please specify the name of base material, since there are cases where deformation, transmutation or annealing take please, depending on the coating film quality or treating process.
    Please avoid making surface treatment such as plating, painting, chemical treatment, black dyeing, oxidizing, nitriding, nitrosulphurizing, etc. on the base material, as it may cause trouble such as peeling, etc. in the ceramic coating. Please also take care to avoid any rusting or corrosion on the surface of the base material, as it may cause peeling in the same way as above.
