Started from standard material choosing base on OEM or customer requisition, standard procedure for manufacturing and tight quality control either on process or after finished goods.

1. MACHINERY

Our capability is mention below ( not limited by) ;
Industrial Pump Part ( shaft, shaft sleeve, impeller, balance drum, locknut, key, coupling, gear etc.)
Turbine Part ( OST, Shaft, disk, blade, carbon packing, labyrinth seal, studbolt, etc)
Dies, Textile spare part, etc.

2. REFURBISHMENTS & RECONDITION

We also serve the customer for their maintenance aspect. We repair and recondition machine and/ or other production support, such as Industrial Pump, Small Turbine, Compressor, etc.

We have standard and procedure for maintenance and repair. We adopt it from API Standard example API 610 for centrifugal pump, API 618 for liquid ring vacuum pump, ISO or API standard for Balancing Rotor method etc.

Our team have many experiences and capable to carry on the job until the project succeed.

3. WELDING REPAIR

Your white metal bearing being scratch or worn? we can repair it. We have a lot of experiences with rebabbitt white metal bearing. Standard babbitt wire we use is Metco Sprababbitt A. The bonding of the babbitt tested by Ultrasonic Test and NDT Penetrant Test. We provide the complete report attached when metal bearing has finished and delivered to customer.

Beside we could repair other kind of spare part, such as guide vane, runner, shaft, etc. We also delivered fabrication and construction welding such as piping, structuring, boiler tube replacement, etc.

We have certified welder and welding procedure to assure the job was done by qualified team.

4. FABRICATION & CONSTRUCTION

Rotating equipments were not our only capability. We also have fabrication and construction division. We produce tank for water treatment, tank for pharameautical industry, boiler for industry or education & training foundations, piping etc.

We are qualified for producing tanks because we already have legality to produce steam & pressure tanks from labour department. Its mean that every tank we produce will be certified.
